In my first year, I applied to the Science Ambassador Scholarship with a video about octopuses, their ability to change color and how we might be able to leverage this function using science. I did not get the scholarship, but I learned a lot about Premiere Pro and now octopuses are my favorite animal.
In my third year I tried out shortfilm screenwriting. My lord was it challenging but so rewarding when I was able to bring a true story that happened to my mum to life with my own spin.
